CADathon 2020 Summer

Final Robot CAD

We participated in our first CADathon! It was our first event back from our brief two month break. We entered as a team, and every member of our team was a beneficial element in making the final robot.

We split up the tasks– Chassis, Intake, Outtake, Transfer Mechanism, and Dropper. Different teams that we formed took ownership of a different robot element, and in the end, we combined them all to create the final robot.

We had a few hiccups, from miscommunication, to internet lag, but at the end, we grew as a team through this enlightening experience.

At the end, we won Rookie All-Star. The name of the event is the Blue League CADathon. We hope to participate next year!
